ESG's leadership team has deep roots and solid experience in marketing, human resources management, healthcare, and finance. Along with expertise, each person brings a passion for their clients' success that drives their day-to-day activities.

Daryl Sisk, ESG Vice President of Sales, has over 15 years of PEO experience, particularly in Sales Management and Training, Human Resources Consulting, Benefits Administration, Marketing, and Public Relations.  When not at work, Daryl likes to travel with his family, play basketball and golf, and coach his kids’ sports teams. Mark Trimble, ESG Vice President of Operations in Arizona, has more than 8 years of experience with operations management, employment law & regulatory compliance, and business process design.  In his free time, Mark enjoys politics, spending time with his family, or playing a little hockey or tennis. Meribeth Lunn, ESG Vice President of Operations in Colorado, has more than 20 years experience in the PEO industry, with expertise in PEO sales, human resources, and employee benefits.  Meribeth enjoys reading, horseback riding, hiking, and fly fishing. Email: mlunn@esghr.com 

Jordan Smith, ESG Benefits Manager, is one of our certified healthcare reform experts.  She provides benefits administration and support by advising and educating clients and employees of their benefit options.  Jordan enjoys spending time with her children and family, traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors - especially if it involves water!

Brent Jones, ESG Controller, has over 15 years of experience in accounting. Outside of work, Brent loves spending time with his wife and enjoys remote control cars and airplanes, working with his saltwater aquarium, and watching football and NASCAR.

Matt Thompson, ESG Director of Operations, has more than 10 years of experience in information technology and systems, network design, database design, project management, and process improvement.  Matt loves to play basketball, baseball and softball, and also enjoys scouting, hiking, backpacking, and spending time with his family.

Sharron Ngatikaura, ESG Human Resources Director, has over 10 years of Human Resources experience.  Her expertise includes recruiting and hiring, training and development, employee relations, compliance, and employee benefits.  When she takes off the HR hat, you may catch Sharron gardening, cooking, or traveling somewhere new.

Lisa Stincelli, Aspen Cove Account Manager, has over 12 years experience in group benefits, with expertise in group health, dental, life, vision, and disability plans. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys being outdoors – especially if it involves camping, hiking, or spending time with her family. 

Monica Petro, CIC and Aspen Cove Property/Casualty Manager, has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, professional liability, and inland marine coverage. In her free time, Monica enjoys traveling, boating, cooking and reading, and is an expert decorator.
