Status of My W-2

Anxious to get your taxes filed? Wondering when you’ll receive your Form W-2? Acting in accordance with the IRS, ESG will mail Forms W-2 to all employees no later than January 31, 2012. An electronic version of the W-2 may be available earlier than January 31, 2012, on ESG’s website. Please login via the Employee Login to check status of your Form W-2.
We advise all employees to login to verify that their address is correct in ESG’s system. If you have moved within the past year and are unsure whether or not your address was updated in ESG’s system, please login via the Employee Login and see which address is currently listed. If your address is outdated, please provide your ESG Payroll Representative with your updated address no later than Friday, January 6, 2012. Due to the high volume that must be processed, ESG will soon begin printing Forms W-2 and will not be able to guarantee that your Form W-2 will arrive at its correct location if your address is not updated by January 6, 2012.
