ESG Large Group Open Enrollment Meetings, Oct 19, 25 & 27 - Provo, UT

In an effort to help inform spouses and reduce the amount of client-company time spent on on-site open enrollment meetings, ESG is excited to introduce large group open enrollment meetings!  Spouses and interested parties of all ESG co-employees are welcome and invited to attend these meetings.  They will be held at ESG’s Corporate Headquarters in Provo, Utah, in both the morning and evening hours.  Because this idea is being beta tested, we request that interested participants RSVP for the meetings to help us know how many staff members we need to have on hand, particularly for those who request the information to be presented in Spanish.  To RSVP for these meetings, please follow the appropriate link below to your desired date and time.

ESG clients who prefer to have on-site open enrollment meetings are encouraged and invited to do so.  Please coordinate with your HRC to schedule those meetings.  Clients who have health plans that renew between Nov-Jan are strongly encouraged to have an open enrollment meeting that combines the health plan renewal with the ESG large group benefits.  Again, please coordinate with your HRC.
