  1. DO I MAINTAIN CONTROL OF MY BUSINESS?
  2. Yes! As co-employers, you and Employer Solutions Group become partners in the employment of your workers. You manage the areas of your business other than employment, such as product development and production, marketing, sales and service, as well as managing your employees at the worksite. And since you spend less time dealing with administrative issues, you will find you have more control of your business than ever before.

  5. HOW DOES A PEO RELATIONSHIP WORK?
  6. An arrangement with Employer Solutions Group as your PEO is a close relationship between you as a business owner, Employer Solutions Group and your worksite employee. Both you and Employer Solutions Group have an employer relationship with the worker - you become a co-employer.

    • For you, Employer Solutions Group becomes a trusted advisor and partner on employee matters. We help to reduce liability and streamline the employee administration process.
    • For the employee, Employer Solutions Group provides a professional human resource department and assistance in using the employee benefit package that you select.

  7. I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN INFORMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
  8. When entering your username and password here are some items to note:

    • Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive
    • Make sure you are using the Employee Login
    • The login credentials for the NH System and Employee Login are different
    • If you are having trouble logging in use the ´Login Reminder´ feature
    • You can retrieve your username and password by using the ´Login Reminder´
    • Make sure you enter a valid email address when using the ´Login Reminder´ as this is where you will get your password
    • Make sure you check your ´Junk Email´ or ´Bulk Email´ folders for your email
    • If you receive the following “The information you requested is : ” you are not registered, please register through the “Register Here” link.
    • If you are unable to register, please contact your ESG Representative
    If you are a client and are having trouble with the login, please contact your HRC or Payroll Rep.

  9. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICE AND A PEO RELATIONSHIP?
  10. A temporary staffing service recruits employees and assigns them to your business to support or supplement your permanent workforce in special work situations, such as employee absences, temporary skill shortages, or seasonal workloads.
