Allstate offers a variety of supplemental insurance plans that may help with unexpected costs not covered by your major medical plan. These flexible plans are customized to fit your specific needs.

VSP offers an easy-to-use eye care plan with a large national network of providers.

Opticare of Utah offers quality vision plans with a large network of providers across all of Utah. They also give a reduced benefit for optical work done out-of-network.
